KEP NGO
KEP Textile Atelier was created by KEP NGO to complete the circle: from empowering women through education to providing them with fair, stable employment in textile production.

About KEP NGO
Founded in 2020 in İzmir, KEP (Kolektif Etki Programı) is a non-governmental organization working to empower women through free vocational training and entrepreneurship programs in textile, fashion, and handcrafts.

Our aim is to create inclusive and long-term solutions for women who face barriers such as unpaid care responsibilities, limited education, and social or economic disadvantage.
Beyond Skill-Building
At KEP, we know that professional training alone is not enough. To truly empower women, we also focus on their personal growth and social development. Alongside our technical programs, we offer:

-
Empowerment workshops
-
Awareness-raising seminars
-
Social cohesion activities

With these efforts, we’ve reached over 3,000 women since 2020, supporting them gain confidence, build community, and take meaningful steps toward independence.

From Training to Employment
One of the most important parts of our model is what comes after training. Many women who complete KEP’s programs transition into employment at our KEP Textile Atelier, where we offer fair job opportunities in a supportive and flexible environment.
Here, they continue to develop their skills while contributing to ethical and high-quality clothing production.

Impact that Sustains Itself
KEP Textile Atelier isn’t just a workplace — it’s part of a bigger system of change.
The profits generated through the atelier go directly back to the NGO, helping us continue to offer free, high-quality training programs to more women in need.

By working with us, you don’t just receive quality, ethical products — you support a circular model of empowerment.
